Lorraine Lee did an amazing job working with our club. Identifying areas of need and giving athletes and coaches alike the tools to perform better in the competitive arena. The standard of both athletes and coaches ranged from beginner up to International medal winning performers, and Lorraine designed workshops to suit each level appropriately. She was an asset to the programme, and I cannot rate her highly enough.

After an evening workshop with parents and athletes together we had lots of very positive feedback both from parents with children in GB squads and those playing school sport. I personally went home feeling very enlightened.

I've been to a few of Lorraine's trainings in the past & always had some great nuggets to take away with me & the evening talk on parenting a child involved in competitive sport didn't disappoint. It was both insightful and inspiring and provided a well-rounded perspective on the unique challenges of supporting a young athlete. Looking at ensuring they maintain a healthy balance between training, competition, and academic commitments as well as providing practical tips to manage disappointment when it comes up too. Knowing Lorraine has been though the journey with her own superstar meant it was nice to feel 'seen' for the commitment, time and effort we put in as parents too and had a great reminder to enjoy the highs when they come.
